In key markets such as France and the Benelux countries, established agricultural machinery dealers have been secured as distribution partners, and the first orders have already been received. Demonstrations for potential customers are planned both on our campus and at the partners’ sites.

Escarda is one of the most promising start-ups we support at B.I.G. Combining advanced imaging technology with intelligent data processing, the system reliably distinguishes between crops and weeds. A precisely controlled laser targets and destroys the weeds – entirely without chemicals.

It is the only patented laser weed control system with a certified safety concept, awarded the CE mark by the German testing authority Dekra. Thanks to its modular design, the solution is lighter, more flexible, and more cost-effective than comparable systems. These qualities make Escarda a strong partner for sustainable and efficient agriculture.
