From now on, we have office, hall, workshop and outdoor space in different sizes on our campus. Our campus service package is always with you, so you can concentrate on the essentials.

House 3: Storage / universal area

Large storage or universal area that can also be converted and expanded as needed. Can be combined due to the access via the hall area on the ground floor.

House 1: Individual office spaces (also partial or total area)

Individual office spaces are available here, e.g. from 8 sqm. The rooms can be rented individually or as part or as a total area. A central co-working area and a kitchenette are already available.

A large office space with a separate corner office is available here. A kitchenette is also available.

House 1: Large, flexible office space

An independent office space with the possibility of setting up a central co-working area, for example. Telephone booths for undisturbed work and a kitchenette are already available.

House 5: Co-working and event space

The floor can be rented as a co-working and event space. The lovingly and creatively designed area impresses with a large common area, four separate meeting rooms and an open meeting area - and a beautiful view over the campus.

Two hall areas connected via a large passageway. Separate changing rooms, toilet and kitchenette are available.

House 6: Ground & 1st floor, hall space and two offices (first occupancy!)

The hall with two of its own office spaces is a modern new building. The area has its own driveway and large gate. The office space on the upper floor can be accessed via the hallway of the hall or separately from the outside.
