Deloitte Consulting paid us a visit to organise the annual training courses for young professionals, including lean production for all employees in the ‘Service Offering Manufacturing’ area. Until now, these training courses have been purely theoretical. B.I.G. employee Felix Römer suggested that the trainees should gain practical experience on site. Our employees were impressed by the trainees’ well-founded questions and valuable suggestions.
