On a Day of Caring, however, we as a company don’t just want to get involved socially. The feedback from the participating colleagues is always clear: they get to know each other from a completely different perspective and tackle specific tasks together – team building of a special kind.

Most of the people living in the Stephanus Stiftung accommodation are families in their own small apartments. What was missing were common meeting places. Until now, the residents have been sitting together on carpets or simply on the grass in a nice shady spot under trees. Now they can enjoy great pallet furniture. A second B.I.G. team made sure that the hallway appears bright white again.
